	Refer a Friend: Need Extra Money? Refer a friend to (property name) and when they move in... you get $200.00		Package Acceptance: We will be glad to accept your packages and hold them for you if you are not home.
	Student Grade Program: Students, bring us your report card at the end of each quarter and get a $25 reward for each A. (up to four A's per apt). That could be an extra $100 in your pocket. Let us reward you for working hard!		Vacation Service: Have a worry free vacation and let us collect your mail and newspapers and hold them until you return. Please call to set up dates and discuss details.
	Dry Cleaning Drop Off/Pick Up: Just drop your clothing by the office and we will take care of the rest!		Free Renters Insurance Quotes: Give us a call or drop by, and we will be happy to give you the latest quotes on renter's insurance.
