I-75 North to exit 125. 
Take a left off of the exit.
Go about 1
block and turn left at Radio Shack. 
Derby Hills is on your Left.

From Cincinnati, Ohio –

I-75 South to exit 126. 
Take a right off of the exit. 
Go to the 4th stoplight. 
Turn Left. 
At the end of that street Derby Hills is dead ahead of you.
