	Need Extra Money? Refer a friend to The Willows and when they move in... you get $200		Package Acceptance We will be glad to accept your packages and hold them for you if you are not home.
	Student Grade Program Students, bring us your report card at the end of each quarter and get a $25 reward for each A. (up to four A's per apt). That could be an extra $100 in your pocket. Let us reward you for working hard!		Vacation Service Have a worry free vacation and let us collect your mail and newspapers and hold them until you return. Please call to set up dates and discuss details.
